How accurate is the plant disease diagnosis?
Our AI model is trained on thousands of plant images and achieves high accuracy for supported diseases. However, we recommend consulting with agricultural experts for critical decisions.
How do I earn more scan credits?
You can earn free scan credits by participating in annotation challenges. You can also upgrade to Pro for unlimited scans.
What plants does VineTag support?
VineTag currently supports grape/vine diseases, with more plant types coming soon including tomatoes, potatoes, apples, and more.
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Go to Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion. We will remove all your personal data within 30 days.
The AI model download is stuck. What should I do?
Try connecting to a stable Wi-Fi network and restarting the app. If the issue persists, go to Profile → Storage → Delete Model, then download again.
